AI Worker on Zoom
AI Worker by Metaworkers is our Zoom app. It brings Michael, an AI sales assistant, into your Zoom meetings. He joins by voice and video, answers when spoken to, and posts documents in the meeting chat. He always says he is an AI.
Add AI Worker to Zoom (once)
- Open aiworker-staging.metaworkers.ai/zoom and click Add AI Worker to Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom if asked, and click Allow.
- You see “You’ve added AI Worker by Metaworkers to Zoom”. That’s all.
Zoom shares only your name, email and Zoom user ID with us, plus permission to let Michael join meetings on your behalf. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Use him in a meeting
- Open aiworker-staging.metaworkers.ai/zoom/send (sign in with Zoom if asked), paste your Zoom meeting link and click Send Michael in.
- Join the meeting yourself. Zoom lets Michael in only once you are there, and he arrives within a few seconds.
- If the meeting has a waiting room, admit him.
- He asks for permission to record, because Zoom only lets him hear the meeting with it. The host clicks Allow. If nobody allows it, he says why and leaves after a minute.
- Say “Michael” to get his attention. Ask for documents in plain words, for example “Michael, put that in a Word document and send it in the chat.”
- He leaves when asked, when everyone else has gone, or when you leave: Zoom ends his session with yours.
Remove AI Worker from Zoom
- Sign in at marketplace.zoom.us.
- Open Manage, then Added Apps.
- Find AI Worker by Metaworkers and click Remove.
Zoom tells us, and we delete your Zoom authorization, name and email straight away. Michael cannot join meetings for you after that. You can add him again at any time.
Something didn’t work
- Michael didn’t arrive: make sure you joined the meeting yourself; Zoom won’t let him in before you.
- He says he can’t hear: the host needs to allow recording when Zoom asks.
- A document link doesn’t open: links work for 30 days, or until they are withdrawn. Ask for the document again.

Maya on Microsoft Teams
Paste a Teams meeting link in the Maya portal and admit her from the lobby. Remove her at any time from the portal or from Teams.
